Focusing on bio-dynamics, Uncle Bills Farm strives for excellence through the mimicry of nature, not the competition against it. Located in Far Hills New Jersey, the farm enjoys a beautiful Piedmont landscape amidst a region of aging glacial hollows and sprawl of New York City.
Through the use of an intensive grazing and rotation operation, we are able to sustainably maintain 40 acres of pasture, while at the same time producing the highest quality vegetables, pasture raised poultry and eggs, and grass-fed Lamb. The benefits of this are numerous, including a vibrant ecosystem from the soil up, all natural homegrown products, and a stronger more sustainable local community.
We sell our products directly on farm and through various local farmers markets.

The Garden:
Our half acre bio-intensive garden thrives on a diversity of plants, active composting, rotational planting, and lots of hard work. Working without the use of pesticides and herbicides, in a living soil our garden produces vegetables unmatched by any local super market in quality, ripeness, nutrition, and especially freshness. With over 100 varieties of fresh vegetables available may through October, come taste the difference.
The Animals:
All animals and eggs sold through the farm are hormone and medication free. All Natural. Livestock is kept outside in the fresh air and sunshine, free to graze on the green grass, and drink fresh water.
