2 bunches of broccoli rabe
3 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of dried chile flakes
3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1. Stem, wash, and drain broccoli rabe
2. In a wide saute pan over medium heat, pour olive oil
3. When hot, add pinch of chile flakes and garlic
4. Stir once, then quickly toss in the broccoli rabe and season with salt.
5. Continue to stir until tender.
6. Check seasonings
7. Just before serving, stir in 1 tablespoon olive oil
